Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Goal Focused Results website and all associated coaching services, programs, and digital content (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Coaching Services & Nature of Service

Goal Focused Results provides personal development and life coaching services focused on Family, Work, and Finances. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• Coaching does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• Results from coaching vary by individual; no specific outcomes are guaranteed
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions at all times
• Coaching is a collaborative partnership requiring your active participation

Enrollment & Payment

By enrolling in any coaching program or session, you agree to the following:

• Full payment or an agreed payment plan is required prior to or at the time of service
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge the agreed amount(s) to your provided payment method
• Failure to complete payments on a payment plan may result in suspension of services

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Session Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

Program Refunds: Due to the time and resources invested in preparing personalized coaching programs, all sales are final once a program has commenced. Refund requests made before the first session will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Information disclosed during coaching will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or in situations involving risk of harm to you or others.

You agree to keep any materials, tools, frameworks, or proprietary content shared during coaching sessions confidential and not to distribute or reproduce them without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Goal Focused Results website — including text, graphics, logos, coaching frameworks, worksheets, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Goal Focused Results and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent
• Personal use of materials provided during your coaching engagement is permitted
• Commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization

Testimonials & Likeness

By providing a testimonial or review, you grant Goal Focused Results a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, general location, and testimonial content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

Participation in testimonials is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Goal Focused Results makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to:

• Guarantees of specific results or outcomes from coaching
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or digital platforms
• Accuracy or completeness of any content or information provided

Your use of our Services is at your sole risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goal Focused Results and its coach(es) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or business decisions made based on coaching.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and productive coaching environment, you agree to:

• Treat your coach and any other participants with respect and courtesy
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Be honest and open about your goals and challenges
• Not record coaching sessions without prior written consent
• Not engage in harassing, threatening, or disruptive behavior

Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Hawaii.

Changes to These Terms

Goal Focused Results reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
